Chris Fryer

Through my 15 years in various kitchens, it has been my honour to work and learn from some of the best chefs in the area such as, Dean Selby, Robert Reese, Kenny Atkinson and David Kelman. 

Working through the ranks with these talented chef’s I have discovered a real love for local quality produce in the Cotswolds.

It gives me great pleasure to take on the role of Head Chef at The Slaughters Country Inn, and with help from the rest of the brigade and local suppliers, I hope to showcase the best of what the Cotswolds has to offer.
