Winter at The Slaughters Country Inn is one of the most magical times of the year.
For the perfect Christmas break, escape from the normal stress and let us take care of everything for you. We will ensure your stay is one to remember.
Upon arrival at The Slaughters Country Inn we will offer you the warmest of welcomes with a glass of mulled wine. Check in to your luxurious Classic Room and begin to discover the fabulous frosty surroundings of The Slaughters, or enjoy a traditional afternoon tea whilst meeting other guests with the sounds and smell of the roaring log fires.
After indulging yourselves with a three course dinner in The Restaurant return to the comfort of the lounge for coffee and a nightcap, if you feel like burning the midnight oil you can enjoy midnight mass at the pretty village church in Upper Slaughter.
Wake up on Christmas morning to enjoy the sounds of the birds singing and the River Eye flowing, then make your way down for a hearty traditional Cotswold breakfast or if you prefer we will happily bring your breakfast to you to enjoy from the comfort of your own room.
Before enjoying our Christmas lunch, why not explore Lower Slaughter to work up an appetite. After lunch, snooze the afternoon away in the comfort of your stylish bedroom or snuggle up in front of the fire.
From 7.30pm - 9.00pm we will be serving an elaborate buffet for you to enjoy.
Enjoy a well-earned lie in as breakfast will be served until 10.30am, and enjoy the rest of the day to yourselves. We suggest a stroll around the pretty village of Lower Slaughter or visiting some of the other local stunning villages.
Should you wish to stay for lunch on boxing day we would be more than happy to have you.
This will be an added extra to your two night package break.
