Chef de Partie
We are looking for a Chef de Partie, who wants to feed their development and who has a positive passion towards food. Enthusiasm and a true passion for food are key to this role. Our ideal candidate will be an experienced individual who has the flair to create high quality dishes, whilst also possessing the organisational skills to deal with the volume and attention to detail that is required.
Front of House Manager
As Front of House Manager you will be involved in all aspects of the business, including staff development, customer service, recruiting, and financial controls. Energy, enthusiasm and a true passion for customer service are key to this exciting role. To apply, previous experience as Reception Manager/Supervisor and a working knowledge of Fidelio are essential.
Event & Sales Manager
We are looking for an experienced Event & Sales Manager who will host and run the operational side of all of the events. The role's main responsibilities will be to coordinate all events ensuring the client's expectations are exceeded and organising the service staff to ensure smooth delivery of service. The ideal candidate will need to be able to work closely with both the Sales team and the kitchen team. You will need to be a passionate, an excellent communicator with the ability to build new relationships as well as nurture existing ones.
Food & Beverage Staff (Casual and Full Time)
As part of the Food and Beverage team you will support the Food and Beverage Management team in achieving consistently high professional standards of service to ensure that customer's expectations are continually exceeded. Energy, enthusiasm and a true passion for customer servive are key to this exciting role.
Commis/Breakfast Chef
We are looking for a commis chef, who wants to feed their development and has a positive passion towards food, someone who is keen to develop a career in an exciting environment delivers a variety of inspirational and unique opportunities. To apply for this position basic culinary skills are essential. Salary according to age and experience.
Room Attendants (Casual and Full Time)
As a Room Attendant you will be enthusiastic, friendly and have an eye for detail. Energy, enthusiasm and a true passion for attention to detail are key to this exciting role. You will consistently achieve high standards of service and cleanliness guest bedrooms ensuring that customer's expectations are exceeded.
